Child's ride-on racing car, 1930s style

Child's ride-on car in sheet metal, styled after the single-seat racing cars of the 1930s. Silver body with the number 1 in a white roundel, ribbed front grille, embossed side vents, camel leatherette seat, black steering wheel and four spoked wheels with rubber tyres. Steering works. A childhood prop with visual weight: in a nursery, a bourgeois living room, a shop window or a period toy shop it fills the frame on its own. Also suited to advertising and photo sessions with children up to about three years old.
